The more you analyze how specific actions impact your healing, the more effectively you “catch” and prevent problem activities. Take the time – it could be only 5 to 10 minutes a day – to jot down your work and pain experiences. You might find it invaluable not only as a tool to prevent re-injury, but also as a means to solve other nagging problems in your life.
